Allentown is set to kick off its 28th annual “Lights in the Parkway” holiday lights display, returning from November 29 to January 6, with nighttime access from 5:30 to 10 p.m. The enchanting drive-through event will showcase over 175,000-200,000 LED lights along a mile-long route, featuring festive tree-lined paths, holiday tunnels, and seasonal scenes. Visitors will enter via Martin Luther King Drive, with the parkway closed to vehicles for pedestrian access every Monday from December 2 to January 6. Tickets must be purchased in advance online, costing $16 per vehicle for up to eight passengers and $26 for larger commercial vehicles.
