Yankon Lighting has secured RMB 8 million (approximately US $1.23 million) in funding from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to support its initiative for smart manufacturing and the enhancement of secure chip applications. The company noted that these subsidies will be recorded as deferred income, with minimal impact on its current profits and losses. Similarly, Roshow Technology announced it received a total of RMB 1.52 million in subsidies, including RMB 662,900 from the Zhuji government and additional funds for its subsidiaries under various economic development policies. This funding will be added to Roshow’s revenue, though it is expected to have a minor effect on its annual net profit for 2015.
