Police-Seized LED Lights from Cannabis Farm Illuminate EFL Club’s Stadium Pitch

Cheshire Police recently donated LED grow lights to Crewe Alexandra FC following a raid on a local cannabis factory, where the lights were seized. This festive gift aims to enhance the maintenance of the club’s pitch at Mornflake stadium, as the LED lights are known for their efficiency and sustainability in illuminating grass surfaces. The donation is part of a broader initiative where police have repurposed seized cannabis cultivation equipment for community benefit, including donations to schools and gardening centers. As Crewe Alexandra faces challenges in the League Two standings, the additional lighting will also serve its training grounds, contributing to the club’s preparations for a successful season.
