Royalux LLC, a subsidiary of IKIO Lighting, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Texas-based Metco Engineering Inc. to collaborate on the supply of energy-saving products, including solar panels and LED lighting. The partnership aims to enhance Royalux’s presence in the energy solutions market, with Metco projecting a business volume of $8 million USD for Royalux over the next six months. The MoU is effective until either party provides a 30-day written notice for termination and does not involve any related party transactions or share issuances.
