Tennessee Aquarium Unveils Festive Peak Lights and Holiday Celebration

The Tennessee Aquarium has unveiled its vibrant peak lights this winter as part of the festive event “Holidays Under the Peaks,” featuring new energy-efficient LED lights that illuminate the tallest peaks of the River Journey building in a striking white and red pattern. Specially trained climbers and Aquarium staff were involved in the installation, and while minor adjustments to the lighting programming may still take place, locals can enjoy the display throughout the Christmas season and into the New Year. The event offers a delightful wonderland experience with holiday music, decorated trees, and Scuba Claus dives running until December 29, alongside screenings of The Polar Express 3D at the Aquarium’s IMAX theater.
