Orion Energy Appoints Board Member Washlow as CEO, Confirms FY25 Forecast

Orion Energy Systems (OESX) has appointed Sally A. Washlow as its new CEO, succeeding Michael H. Jenkins, and promoted Scott Green to Chief Operating Officer. The company, which specializes in LED lighting and electric vehicle charging solutions, anticipates revenue for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, to be in the range of $77 million to $83 million. The change in leadership reflects the Board’s aim to enhance focus on revenue growth, cost containment, and achieving consistent profitability. Washlow, who joined the Board in 2022 and has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles—most notably as President of Cobra Electronics and CEO of Cedar Electronics—will spearhead the company’s strategic initiatives alongside Green, who has nearly three decades of experience in the lighting industry.
