The City of Leeds, Alabama, has completed the installation of new LED lights on Exit 140, enhancing nighttime visibility and safety at one of the city’s busiest intersections. This upgrade positions Leeds among a select group of cities in Alabama with modern, fully functional exit lighting systems.
