Spring sports in Hull are off to an exciting start with notable performances across various teams. The Girls 3/4 soccer team triumphed over Kingston with a dominant 6-2 victory, led by Willa Britton’s six goals. The 5/6 Soccer team managed a thrilling 1-1 draw against Kingston thanks to Deirdre Flaherty’s late equalizer. In lacrosse, the Girls 5/6 team faced a tough challenge, losing 13-4 to Hingham, while the High School teams saw mixed results, with the boys winning in overtime against Middleboro and the girls defeating Middleborough 13-5 before falling to Norwell. The Hull High baseball team continued its strong season, achieving a 2-0 record with a 10-5 win over Westport and a substantial 14-0 victory against Norfolk Aggie. Track athletes also shone despite losses to Abington, with several qualifying for state competitions. Upcoming matches include key games for both soccer and lacrosse teams at home this week.
