Company Secures Million Contract for LED Street Light Installation in Sydney
Traffic Technologies has secured a five-year, $3 million contract with the Sydney City Council to supply LED streetlights, with the potential for the contract to extend to $5 million over an additional four years. The new LED streetlights will be “Smart City IoT”-ready and will replace existing lighting as well as accommodate growth within the local government area, which encompasses the CBD and surrounding suburbs with over 16,000 streetlights. Managing Director Con Liosato expressed that this contract is a strong endorsement of the company’s advanced technology and provides an opportunity for further expansion in the Sydney market.
