Excessive artificial lighting poses risks to wildlife and human health by disrupting natural rhythms, but adopting warmer, downward-facing lights can alleviate these issues. By striking a balance in outdoor lighting, communities can enjoy astronomical beauty while fostering ecological well-being. This initiative invites both visitors and locals to explore and appreciate the night sky, ultimately promoting a healthier, sustainable environment.
