Festive Spirit Shines at Menahga’s St. Urho Park

The Menahga community gathered at St. Urho Park on Saturday for a festive Christmas celebration featuring a carol sing led by Menahga High School alumnus Michael Andersen. Families enjoyed snacks, shared songs, and greeted Santa, who made a special appearance to take requests from children. The evening culminated in a tree lighting ceremony, sponsored by the Menahga Civic and Commerce Association, which brought warmth and joy to the chilly night as residents came together to kick off the holiday season.
