The Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital unveiled its 18-foot Rockefeller Plaza-inspired Christmas tree on Monday, thanks to a $25,000 sponsorship from the JGL Group of Companies, which won the tree at the recent Festival of Trees. Formerly sponsored by Murray GM, this festive tradition aims to enhance the holiday spirit in the hospital lobby, especially for patients and their families. The Festival of Trees raised $184,832 this year, funds that will be allocated to the purchase of advanced bronchoscopy equipment for patients with lung conditions. The lighting event saw a large turnout from JGL employees and their families, bringing joy and a sense of community to the hospital, where the decorated tree serves as a beacon of hope for those facing health challenges.
