The inaugural event at Cam Xa Primary School in Hung Yen Province celebrated the completion of a state-of-the-art football field, featuring advanced artificial grass and lighting systems, built within a record time of just over 20 days. The event included a donation ceremony, student performances, and a friendly match, during which awards were presented to outstanding players. Kevin Lee, Chief business Officer of Gate.io, emphasized the company’s commitment to social responsibility and youth empowerment through sports. This initiative not only aims to nurture football culture in Vietnam but also illustrates the potential of blockchain technology in driving social impact. Following its success, Gate.io plans to expand the program to benefit more schools and students across the country.
