In recent business developments, several companies have announced significant advancements and collaborations. Opticore, a photonic computing firm, secured $5 million in seed funding to further develop its optical processing units, promising energy-efficient alternatives to traditional GPUs. Aeva has expanded its partnership with Torc to enhance safety architectures for autonomous trucks, aiming for commercialization by 2027.
