Join Us for the Christmas Tree Lighting This Friday

The Matlacha/Pine Island Fire Control District is set to host its Annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday, December 20, from 6-8 p.m. at Station 1, located at 5700 Pine Island Road in Bokeelia. Attendees can look forward to an evening filled with festive activities, including carols performed by the Pine Island Elementary student chorus, hot cocoa, arts and crafts, and cookies. Santa Claus will also make a special appearance, adding to the holiday cheer, along with the Fire Department’s third annual Whoville celebration. Everyone is invited to join in the festivities and celebrate the season.
