This initiative aims to enhance energy savings without compromising guest experience, projecting annual savings of $200,000 while reducing maintenance costs. Brendan O’Kane, property operations manager, emphasized the project’s contributions to both cost efficiency and environmental sustainability by lowering greenhouse gas emissions through reduced electricity consumption.
