LG Electronics is set to unveil its innovative “Tteun” plant household appliances at CES 2025 next month, which ingeniously blend interior decor with indoor plant cultivation. The new line features two models—stand lighting and narrow table types—designed to enhance living spaces while allowing for the growth of various plants. The stand lighting type serves a dual purpose as both an LED growth light and a subtle mood light, complete with an adjustable height feature and a built-in Bluetooth speaker for audio enjoyment. Users can easily set up the appliances with a seed kit, water, and nutrients, and control them via the LG ThinQ app for customized lighting and maintenance alerts. With the indoor agriculture market booming post-COVID-19, projected to swell to 1.7519 trillion won by 2026, LG aims to capitalize on this trend with an official launch planned for the second half of next year.
