Lighting Science Group Secures Million Credit Facility

Lighting Science®, known for its biologically-corrected lighting solutions, has secured a US $53 million credit facility through Medley Capital Corporation to refinance current debts and enhance operational funding for future growth. Recently, the company launched its innovative line of LED bulbs, including the GoodNight and Awake&Alert, developed in partnership with NASA, aimed at improving sleep and alertness while supporting natural cycles and wildlife protection. Richard Davis, Interim CEO, emphasized that the funding will allow the company to pursue infrastructural and technological development objectives. Additionally, Lighting Science collaborates with major retailers like The Home Depot, Google, and various hospitality firms, expanding its reach in the LED market.
