Mahindra & Mahindra has unveiled two new electric SUVs, the XEV 9e and BE 6e, marking the company’s entry into the “born-electric” vehicle segment with its innovative INGLO platform. The launch event will be livestreamed today at 6:00 PM IST on Mahindra’s YouTube channel. The INGLO platform features a lightweight flat-floor design that enhances performance and flexibility. The exterior of the XEV 9e includes modern LED elements and a distinctive grille, while the BE 6e showcases a unique aesthetic with XUV 3XO-inspired lighting. Both models boast high-tech interiors with multiple screen setups, ADAS, and robust battery options of 59 kWh and 79 kWh, enabling a 450-500 km range per charge. Priced at approximately ₹24 lakh for the BE 6e and ₹35 lakh for the XEV 9e, these SUVs are positioned to compete with popular models in India’s expanding electric vehicle market.
