The Upwey Ferntree Gully Tigers baseball Club celebrated the completion of new LED lighting at their Kings Park home on February 8, marking a significant enhancement for local players. Government officials, including Member for Monbulk Daniela De Martino and Knox City Council Deputy Mayor Cr Glen Atwell, officially switched on the lights, which were funded by a $190,000 investment from the local sports infrastructure fund. The Victorian government continues to support local sports infrastructure, having contributed over $2.3 billion toward such projects over the past decade.
