Rodan Development to Build State-of-the-Art Industrial Park in Decatur

Rodan Development announced plans for a two-phase industrial park known as Summit Commercial Park to be built in Decatur, Alabama, beginning this year. The site will span 25 acres and include 10 buildings offering up to 400,000 square feet of flexible industrial and commercial space, addressing the local demand for modern facilities. The initial phase consists of four office warehouses and two flex spaces, with customizable options for tenants, including energy-efficient features. The park aims to accommodate businesses of various sizes, with the first building already leased to The Tumble Hub. Phase 2 will introduce additional custom-built spaces and warehouse distribution centers, with leasing managed by Longleaf Realty Partners’ Greg Wallace.
