Sports Upgrade at Bulleen Park Scheduled to Begin in Early 2025

Significant upgrades are underway at Bulleen Park, with Built Environs appointed as the head contractor for the project, collaborating with Williams Ross Architects. This initiative is part of the North East Link’s investment in local sports facilities, managed by Development Victoria. Planned enhancements include the construction of two new pavilions, three upgraded sports ovals, improved lighting, updated cricket nets, and new playground equipment, among other features. Early works will commence this month, with design finalization expected by mid-2025. The major construction phase is projected to create around 80 jobs and is set for completion in 2028, with Manningham Council continuing to own and manage the park.
