Upgraded Lighting Installed in Tarneit and Truganina Reserves

Wyndham City has announced the successful completion of extensive lighting and infrastructure upgrades at Mainview Boulevard Reserve in Truganina and Goddard Street Reserve in Tarneit. In partnership with Sport and Recreation Victoria and local sporting clubs, these enhancements aim to benefit the Truganina Thunder football Club, Truganina Cricket Club, Suns Football Netball Club, and Tarneit Central Cricket Club. The upgrades at Mainview Boulevard include a new LED lighting system and electronic scoreboard, while Goddard Street Reserve features improved LED lighting and new solar lighting to enhance safety and accessibility. Mayor Cr Mia Shaw expressed pride in these developments, emphasizing Wyndham City’s commitment to supporting local clubs and promoting active lifestyles within the community.
